She's much like me as in she has the same interest and that, well as my mom puts, we look alike. (My mom believes that we could be sisters, lol.) I hadn't made any friends my first semester at OLLU until now. Not only did I met Liz but she introduced me to her friends and now they starting to become mine!
Liz and I hung out during this Spring Break and decided to go vintage shopping. Now Liz has never been vintage shopping and I love it, so I wanted to show her the ropes. We went to an amazing store called La Couture, which has a lot of designer brands from Gucci to Jimmy Choo. I bought some cute Easy Spirit wedges for $6. Not bad, I say!
Then we stopped by the cutest store I've ever been to, Broadway Pin-up. The clothes take you way to the days of pin-up girls, it was just so retro!
Of course, we got a bit hungry after all the shopping we did, so we popped into Pearl Brewery and ate at Bakery Lorraine for some amazing sandwhichs and French macarons! Yum! I have to say I loved that place so much that I must go back! Any takers?
We couldn't end our day just yet. We stopped by Montage, another cute vintage shop, that had just about everything you can think of. Although it was a tad expensive, it's still a great shop to stop by.
All in all I had a great time with Liz and hopefully we'll hang out again! Maybe even buy some fun dresses and create a lookbook for you all!! You'll have to wait and see!
