Honestly it doesn't take very much to be loved. All you have to do is love someone like your mom, your dad, an uncle or an aunt and then wait. Or actually don't wait at all because they love you anyway.
I've been pretty busy with the start of school and trying very hard to edit my LA videos which was so much fun and I can't wait to go back. (Might even make a blog post on it. I'll put in my agenda) I've lost track of what I love to do which is write but mostly hangout with my family and I was fortunate enough this past weekend to hang out with my family. You might not understand but I love my family so much. Not just my aunts which if you know me, I hangout with them 24/7. Which to me is fun but to my mom, (she loves her sisters deeply) I could use some friends my own age, which is hard to come by. So one day my cousin Amaya texts to see if I want to hang and have a little baking party. Now I never actually hungout with Amaya before because I always thought that...I really don't have a thought, I just never hungout with her. So I said okay and was really excited because she isn't over 75 and wants to go to bed at 9:00. I had so much fun hangout with her and her boyfriend Xavier, that I wanted to do it again which I got to this past weekend.
If you follow my auntie Marty's blog or are friends with her on Facebook, you would have seen the amazing pizza and creme brulee, my mother made. Yes, my mom is a gourmet chef. We had a little party, well not really party but gathering. Really I just wanted to hang out with my auntie Marty and I had an idea. Why don't I invite Amaya and Xavier. I had so much fun with them last time, might as well right. They came over and we had a blast. We laughed, laughed and well just laughed so much. The food was to die for. My mom had made her very own pizza dough and bought as the fixings not only that but she made her incredible basil pesto and made an amazing basil pesto pizza with creamy goat cheese, crisp prosciutto, sun dried tomatoes and a bit of flavourful basil leaves on top. It was the best ever. And to top off the night she went ahead and made her famous creme brûlée
because she knows that's my favorite dessert.
All in all, I had a really great time being with the people that love and care for me. I never thought that I would be good friends with my cousins because well they have their own lives but after this weekend I truly think that they're going to be more than my good friends they're going to be my best friend. I love Amaya and hanging out with her and Xavier of course, and I hope to hang out with them very soon. I have to say that my cousins will always be my best friends. So what it takes to be loved, is to love back. And I love my family. Also it would help if you hangout with them once in awhile.
